Crankiness no more

In Response To: crankiness (annette)
One of the most significant changes I experienced after several months of
being on the O diet was an increase in peace of mind. When trying to be
a vegetarian (I never did succeed), I would experience bouts of crankiness
then sneak meat and fats like a closet alcoholic. My mood swings have evened
out, and I find myself more prone to allow others to be who they are without
a need to confront or to contradict them.
Who would have thought?
Love and Light,
