i have a tender abdomen - it feels like my abdomen is sticking out. i feel my bowels rumbling very often. i took 6 laxatives in a 24 hour period and had one very tiny movement. i have been out of school for a month now and work and have just been lazy and have drank a lot of alcohol. could the sudden increase in the amount of alcohol intake cause constipation? i have not stopped drinking alcohol even though i am constipated --too many gatherings around the holidays you know....so what should i do?
