You'll find a lot to choose from on the menus of Vietnamese, Thai, and Indian restaurants. Most southeast asian cuisines use little if any dairy or potatoes and dishes with noodles can usually be had with rice noodles instead of wheat. Also, don't overlook a lot of the standard American steak houses. If you don't mind that the meat isn't organically raised you'll find that many now offer rice or extra vegatables in place of the baked potatoes. Just send that loaf of freshly baked bread back to the kitchen before they have a chance to set it down in front of you.
