The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 2
Posted By: Philip Bennett
I have enjoyed Dr. D'adamo's book and am following his diet plan for my type. I do understand the importance of eating preservative and chemical-free foods, however, in normal day-to-day work there are times when I am sure many who would like to follow the ER4YT guildelines are somewhat at a loss when they have to eat out with business associates, friends, etc. It certainly would be helpful to have some indication of types of foods/restaurants to try for our diets. The only example I saw in the book for type O's (mine) recommended Chinese food. Does anyone else have any suggestions. Thank you
