Are liver biopsies safe?
Posted By: sean Date: January-18, 1998 at 21:53:33
Yea, I know that there seems to be a risk factor for everything, but while compiling some information for someone I know who is dealing with Hepatitus C, I discovered some horrifying personal narratives for this medically aproved "diagnostic" tool. Another friend of mine, in 1990 or 91, worked as a guinea pig for big medicine to get one of these approved to use on sick people. My interest is piqUED, BECAUSE HE HAD TO PROVE HE WAS HEALTHY AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY HISTORY, UNLIKE MOST HEP C SUFFERERS.
