Thanks for your information about non-aluminum-lined soy milk containers. I went to my health-food store and they called in to their supplier to find out the ingredients in White Wave soy beverage. What came over the phone was the following: water, organic soybeans, brown (word lost in the translation), raw cane crystals, tricalcium phosphte, natural vanilla flavor, sea salt, carrageen, zanthan, Vit. A palmitate, Vit. D3 and riboflavin. I hope this is accurate. Don't know if anyone has "avoids" from this (hopefully accurate) list. My question is, if a person has to avoid sugar as much as possible, could there be too much sugar in this product? Could someone please help? Also, could someone provide information on making soy milk from scratch? Thanks.
