Good point, Colin!! If you want to avoid those silver-lined aseptic packages, look for refrigerated soy milk in paper cartons like dairy milk comes in. We use two different brands that are sold in those half-gallon paper cartons. One is Soy Beverage, sold at Trader Joe's and one is White Wave Silk, sold at our local health food store. (FYI -- We bought a bunch of different brands once - both kinds of packages - and had a taste test. My husband and I both liked the White Wave Silk best!)
