Hello, I'm new to this www and have read E4YT and am waiting for my blood test results to come back next week... In the
meantime, I have a question as to why the above foods listed in the header (orange roughy is a common fish) and
the round green japanese squash pumpkin (kabocha?) isn't on the list of foods?

I am looking forward to learning more and upsetting the household with
a new diet (my first, I've ignored all others). There is so much wheat and corn around here
I'm afraid I may cause a stirr and a headache for myself keeping track of what I'm doing!

Finally, it takes a long time to go through all the messages, any chance of some new system emerging? I notice there
have been discussions about this.
