Now, all we need is to have these two brilliant
researchers put their minds together (or should I say publishers), and dietary health/longevity, superhealth, etc., will always be at our fingertips in one book! I am constantly going back and forth with them. We are right there. If only the government would back studies like this, they would finally be able to wipe out the health care problems! But these books give us the opportunity to handle our own health simply, through food. It's as plain as the noses on our faces. It gives us back some control and we can be responsible for our own health.

Both of these men and their work (not to mention the pioneers) have changed my life for the better. Thank you, Dr. D., et al.
