Just read the label on mt powdered soy milk. no aluminum but if you are an O type you should be aware that it contains malt odextrin from corn, also sunflower oil. I only use it for a substitue for powdered milk in my bread machine till I can find a better one. It only takes 4 teaspoons per loaf and we seldom eat bread. Read labels. Have a great day!
