The best thing about a health philosophy that works is that one sees IMPROVEMENTS, and we feel a little better we once did. It's the old story of a path rather than a destination. It's always a path. What ends, and when?

The wide-ranging exchange of troubles, strategies, support and bitching on this site has that "wayfarer" quality for me. It feels authentic, and those who arrive here with cash in hand to grab a magic pill soon get the idea, and herple along this new road with us, or sail on.
