Great Idea, I also subscribe to several lists, and they are much more user friendly, Although the current format is good for searching for a particular subject. In any case, don't get rid of what we have now. How about posting to the general list when you have COMPLETED updating the "weekly transfusion" and Ask Dr. D'Adamo. Then we would know when to check for updates. Of Course, if we switch to list format, this would be e-mailed as updated.
