I apologize for any mis-representation resulting from my confusion on the date(s) for the next installment. There are tons of submissions logged in and a body of answerable questions is being accumulated, though rather slowly. When I feel there is enough to produce a document about the size of the previous posts I'll definitely sit down and produce the next installment. Peter
