As a new member on this programm I still have many questions about the food groups
for each blood type and their affect on the blood and the body's metalbolism.
As a B type, I read that liver is neutral, although at theoutset of the chapter
on B-Types, you have listed it as "aids efficient metalbolism;" why wouldn't you
consider this beneficial to a person's diet? Regards, Gloria
