Hey, give the guy a break!! He's a very busy doctor and he doesn't really HAVE to maintain this site at all! I am very grateful to him for the time he's put into this and for his willingness to make himself available to us. He has, in fact, posted a message on this forum explaining some of the reasons for the delay in answering. And I'm sure his answers will be valuable enough to make them worth the wait! Hang in there!
