In Response To: Considerations in addition to lectins (Ellen)
Sounds to me like you are well on the way.
Just as this whole thing got started by Dr.
D'Adamo the Elder's observations, seems to me
you have the power to take notice of how things
are affecting you. I cannot imagine anyone
more capable of sorting this out than you.
The lectins certainly haven't been the entire
focus of the regimen. You might be a little
unfair with that comment!
I am fascinated by your experience with the
Ezekial bread. I do judge how I am reacting to
foods by how much they bloat me and the production
of gas. Ezekial bread never bloats me, yet, if
I eat the WASA rye crackers I do bloat, though
slightly, with subsequent gassiness! (I, too,
am an "O")
I do not remember being advised to eat much fruit
in the book. So no BIG surprise there.
