In Response To: Migraine, why (anti product warrior)

Thank you for your response. To answer your questions, 1. Have had them a couple of times a year for 20 years. Am not taking medication for them. They are sometimes triggered by bright light, ie. reflection from snow etc. 3. Yes that is my interpretation, also. 4. That is possible. I noticed last evening that I was also having another rosacea outbreak as well. Now the only thing that I have had, that could have caused that is cayenne pepper. Perhaps it caused the headache as well, tho I am not aware of it being a culprit in the past. When I had migraines then, I was not thinking in terms of food that I had eaten as possibly being the trigger. As I continue to learn, I am seeing the clear correlation of how one feels and the food eaten. Thanks to all of you! I have to say, that since the headache went away today, I have had the most clear head that I can remember having for quite some time. I walked thru the grocery store with no limping! Nothing seems to be hurting! I am so excited that this might be the answer to my feeling so poorly! I am definitely keeping it up! Thanks again!
