Migraine

I have been at 90% on the O diet for ten days, and got a migraine yesterday for the first time for several months. Any ideas as to why? Was so sick I couldn't eat anything after 2pm. Woke up with it today too, but took ibuprofin and that helped. I was tempted to have some carbohydrate, but am trying to limit that for the yeast problem.
