Considerations in addition to lectins
Posted By: Ellen Date: December-12, 1997 at 12:47:29
My husband is type A, but has EXTREMELY HOT digestive fire. He can wolf down burgers and fries and feel great! However, his cholesterol is slightly elevated. I am type O with less digestive power, a colder system. Also, he can eat dry foods with no trouble. Ezekiel bread may be good for type O's in terms of lectins, but it is way too dry for me and causes gas and constipation. Fruit may be good for O's but it is also cooling and I am cold enough! There are lots of factors in eating. How to sort this out?
