I'm a database programmer by profession, and I've been working on this problem for quite a while. I have all the data, including the USDA food composition database, phenolic charts, etc, etc.

If anybody would like to contribute their Rockwood profiles to the database I'm constructing, please let me know.

It is extremely complex. There is a lot of data, and presenting what the user (up till recently, that was me alone) wants from that jumble is quite complex.

I've been working on it, albeit very slowly over the last few months (I'm feeling so good, that I actually do things now), and by no means am ready to announce anything. I trust that other people are doing likewise.

Please do not flood me with e-mail or posts asking when it will be ready. I'll let you know, and don't hold your breath.
