The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 2
Need Another Chart
Posted By: Mary Jackson
I've forgotten exactly what is factored into the beneficial foods whether it is just lectin-related or encompasses more. Anyway, I was thinking it would be nice to have charts factoring in different considerations such as glycemic response, nutritional value, digestability, acid/alkaline effects, etc. You could have foods rated with a numerical index or foods signified in different areas with something like the black and white circles on charts in consumer guides. For example, you look at carrot juice which is a neutral food for type O's and then you think about the fact that it has 24,000 units of vitamin A per cup. You start jockeying all these things out in your head. Mary Jackson
