In Response To: Shoulder Impingement/Bursitis/Tendonitis (Connie D.)
I hurt my shoulder in a car accident 20 years ago and so I know what pain is. Two things help me: 1.) Lift your shoulders up and back and tthen tip your head back as far as you can. Now tense your neck and shoulders muscles. Hold briefly and relax. Repeat 2 more times. This exercise helps the muscles relax. 2.) Find someone to give you (oh dear spelling ?) shiatzoo massage. Can't spell it but it is the best. Have them concentrate on your neck and shoulders. Best present you can ever give yourself.
