Delicious and Nutritious Soup!

Just can't stop myself from telling about the most delicious beef-barley soup that I made yesterday. I had frozen the bones (lots of meat left on) from our Xmas prime rib roast, and cooked them up for quite a while, then added garlic, onion, and barley. Cooked longer, with salt and pepper, (sea salt I might add) and then consumed the most delicious thing I have had in months. I felt like I was getting stronger with every spoonful. It stayed with me the rest of the day, no hunger for anything else. And I slept wonderfully last night. Has to be good for a person!!! I am ready to ask the butcher for bones! It was better than the actual dinner was!
