Hi--if anyone knows of any websites on amino acid distribution in foods, discussions on these arginine and lysine ideas, etc. please post. It looks like some people (people with cystic fibrosis for instance) are taking arginine therapeutically, so perhaps it's advantageous at times? Mary Jackson
