1. Although I am behind in responding to questions, the prime reason for this is the personal nature of most of the questions being posed. Please remember that I cannot respond to personal health problems (this violates the terms of my malpractice insurance). I can only respond to general circumstances and issues regarding the book and the theory behind it. Also, many questions have been answered already on the earlier boards (click "Archives" from main page.) 2. If you haven't already, DO NOT install Microsft Internet Explorer 4.0 (actually, you should never install any piece of software with ".0" after the version unless you are fairly technically inclined). IE 4.0 takes major control of the machine, and the web browser for some reason sees some of the links to posts as clickable links, while ignoring others. This site works great with IE 3.x and Netscape 3.x and you will be best off using these for now.
