In the back of the book ER4YT, Appendix G (pg. 372-379) gives over a hundred references.
If they whet your appetite for more, go to PubMed, an on-line data base supplied by the
National Institute of Health and start popping in keywords like 'lectin' 'dietary' and other words
which might be of specific interest like 'duodenal ulcer'. The search resulats can lead to
anything from hundreds of references to none, depending on the food or disease. It's a
growing topic.
