Where is James D'Adamo located?

Hi folks:

I was wondering if anyone knew where Dr. James D'Adamo is located? I couldn't seem to find this info on the site. The book says that he is located in NH, but the Naturopathic Association lists him in Toronto, Canada. I have relatives in Ont, so am hoping he might be in Ont.

I've tried calling places, but everyone is on holiday and all I get is answering machines.
