Ed,
My darkfield results showed quite a few problems.
I started working on the worst ones. I knew I had
a parasite problem and had been working on it, but
when I saw how anemic I was, I really hit the herbs
hard and my energy went up. Instead of an iron
supplement, I took blackstrap molasses.I also went
seriously on the ER4YT diet at the same time, which I credit
with a lot of my improvement.
As a Type A, I take a good enzyme with every meal
and take a multi-strain probiotic. Those are my
2 "musts," not only for me, but also for the rest
of my family. I also took herbs for my liver,
which showed up as stressed on the darkfield
(which confirmed what I already knew).
I don't like taking a lot of supplements. It is
expensive, especially with 4 people in my family,
and a bother. However, I do think some things are
necessary, at least for the time being, and at my
age (48). I like the darkfield because I can see
exactly what needs done and not waste time on what
isn't necessary.
I also believe strongly in the ER4YT diet. I do
think it needs to be tailored for each person's
condition. For example, I have a tendency towards
hypoglycemia, so I rarely eat fruit. I don't do well
on animal protein, but my husband (type A also)
handles it better. The way I figure it, my blood
type describes my constitution. Then I have to
adjust for my CONDITION, which can vary due to
where I live, how I've been eating in the past,
inherited tendencies, etc.
