In Response To: Two meals a day is good than three meals a day ? (paul)
I have read many recommendations that one should eat at least every five hours, except when sleeping. If you eat three meals per day, then eat no less than 25% of your total daily intake at any one meal. Eat within an hour of the same time for each meal. The body prefers a continuous supply of nutrients. Eating a breakfast will jump start the metabolism, which can cause the body to burn up to 200 extra calories per day.
