In Response To: Is food allergy testing neccessary? (Kristy P)
Kristy: Most of what we think might be food allergies are really intollerances, which will not show up on the allergy testing. Most of our intollerances are foods we shouldn't be eating anyhow. I have had the testing. I have been on the diet only a couple of weeks and am still doing a lot of detoxing and find the allergies flare and then go away. As your body gets healthier, most allergies get better. I don't think it is worth the money to find an allergy that may disappear soon anyhow.
