If you do not eat at least 3 hours before you go to sleep, you will notice improvements, if you do not already follow this practice. Just eat a balanced, normal size meal, like you mother probably taught you. The idea is to allow your body's growth hormone output to be unapposed by excess insulin. The greatest pulse of GH is about 90 minutes after you fall asleep. GH will help you lose weight, heal, sleep better, look and feel younger.
