1. While the soy milk is OK, you'd be better off with alternating soy milk with rice milk.
2, I'd use 4-5 ounces of lean meat 3 times daily in lieu of the dairy.
3. You can try an herb called Valerian. Very safe, though a bit aromatic. 1-2 500mg caps before bed. Also, try exercising at night versus morning.
