The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
A, O, and rotation diet
Posted By: Sherrie St. Cyr
My son (age 7) and I are both A+. My husband is O+. Due to my son's allergies to rice, milk, chicken, beef, peanuts, tomatoes, and carrots (as well as dust, pollen, etc.) we are planning to give him allergy shots for foods and inhalants and do a rotation diet. It seems to me that if I leave out foods that are on anyone's avoid list and rotate what is left, that would be my best solution. Any ideas or comments or HELP? This seems fairly overwhelming to me, but I want to do the best I can for all of us without planning separate menus.
