Dear Brett,

I would suppose that lacto albumin protein supplementation would be appropriate for types B and AB, iffy for type A and not so good for type O.

My father used to recommend whey for types A and AB, saying that the whey was beneficial, as the casein was removed. I have no direct experience though.
