The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Foods recommended besides Lectin reaction?
Posted By: Karen Watland Date: March 31, 1997 at 18:40:42
Dear Dr. D'Adamo, I noticed that the foods listed cross over to other blood types which made me realize there is more than the lectin reaction being considered in your diet planning. Do you have, or will you have in the future a list that states simply why each food is recommended as well as not recommended to further educate us and help us make the decision to eat that food or not? Example: Coffee-increases acid Wine-decreases cancer Which brought up another question. Is it the grapes in the wine that are protective? If so, why not recommend grape juice. I was just wondering if I should begin drinking red wine. I don't drink much alcohol now & am type A. Thank you, Karen
