The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Posted By: Jenny E.
I enjoyed your book and I believe the diet will help me but I seem to be having a little trouble getting that scale to move downward. I lost 30 pounds last year and am having trouble trying to keep it off. I have a hormonal imbalance that required me to have a fibroid removed last December. Is this imbalance preventing me from losing? I am a blood type A and I know you recommend Yoga etc. but I really enjoy intense physical exercise!(1 & sometimes 2hours per day) By the way is a Nordic Trak okay for Type A's? Could the exercise have stressed my adrenal glands too much and helped cause my hormonal imbalance? Can intense exercise damage your heart?(I have a cholesterol of 210 but I have a high HDL 76) Will the diet help to balance things some? I've been on the A diet almost two weeks now . My mother and father both have a host of health problems so I don't want to develop them if I can help it. Thanks!
