I thoroughly enjoyed your book and am anxious to begin a healthier lifestyle. My problem is that I am "nutritionally challenged." If I don't have a recipe, I am at a total loss as to what to do. I know a cookbook is in the works for late 1997, but do you have any suggestions as to what I can do until then? I live in the Seattle area and was wondering if I could take your book to a nutritionist and have them come up with a few recipes for me. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
