1- Why is canola oil in the recipe for granola in the Type B diet when it is an AVOID food? 2- Please explain more clearly the reason why some wheat products are neutral for Type Bs (eg. spinach pasta which always contains some wheat and semolina wheat products) when wheat is an AVOID food?
