I buy Essene bread made by Grass Roots Bakery, P.O. Box 77893, Tucson, AZ 85703. There are several kinds: rye, multigrain, rye/carrot/raisin, etc. It is delicious plain or toasted, but too soft for sandwiches. All organic, no additives or yeast. One puond loaves. Keep in frig. Available at health food stores.
