Type O-neg. wanting to gain muscle mass

I am a male, 24 years old, type O-negative. I recently
purchased your book after seeing you on FOX 19 News in
the Morning in Cinti, OH. I am trying to gain lean
muscle mass (like a bodybuilder) and would like to
know what, if any, changes I should make in the Type O
Plan to achieve this. I am 5'8" and weigh 175 lbs. I
would like to get around 190 lbs. by adding 15 lbs. of
lean mass only. I would also like to maintain a very
low body fat percentage. Do you recommend an amino
acid supplement before and after training periods and
meals to aid in recovery? Any advice would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.
