Whole wheat versus white flour
Posted By: Dan Erway Date: March 30, 1997 at 13:47:08
Hi Peter, I was wondering if white flour products would cause less of a reaction in type O's than whole wheat. I realise that white flour is not a particularly healthy food, but for the occasional diversion from the blood type guidelines for O's would a refined grain product like pasta have less of a negative impact than the whole grain? As always, thanks for your input. Dan
