RH factors

I was wondering if different RH factors have any significance. One parent was A one was B with opposing RH factors. Back in those days you were supposed to have only 1 kid due to the RH factors. I was the third and was scheduled for a blood transfusion when I was born but the doctors decided against it. I don't know why. I am a O neg. I have battled fatigue for many years even though I am on thyroid pills which I get adjusted ever 6 months to 1 year. I have a very hard time losing weight. The last time I lost 30 pounds in 6 months was many moons ago. I exercised 10 hours a week. Aerobics, racquetball, running, walking, lifting weights and eating 1000 cals a day although I did not pay attention to what those 1000 cals consisted of. I no longer have 10 hours a week to excercise. I have been zoning (sears) for about 3 weeks but have not lost any weight and no inches but am definitely less fatigued. I was a carbo maniac all my life. Your diet seems quite similiar to the Zone for type O's. Any input would help. thanks.
