In Response To: Granola - seeming contradiction in the book (Ed Sweeney)
Dear Ed, Granola can be made out of almost any seeds and grains. The inclusion of the recipes was the result of a lack of communication between the editors and the dietician who did them. O's can use some oats if: 1. They have no problem with obesity 2. They do not suffer from inflammatory digestive problems. This should have been stated in the book, but was left out through an oversight. It will be changed in the next printing. Peter
