Dear Anne, I cannot comment of the particulars of why your nutritionist is recommending this supplement as they may have reasons for it that I am not privy to. In general
I tend to recommend that type O's shy away from generalized "immune augmentation" as it can just as easily rev up the wrong immune functions as the right. It could take upwards of a year for a fully metabolically blocked O to "unblock". Peter
