Dear Courtney, I would investigate using the following: 1. DHEA: 20mg daily (not anything stronger!). This should help with the lupus 2. Magnesium and Malic acid: for the fibromyalgia 3. Black current seed oil: for the tender breasts. You may have to tweek the doses of the others. Hope this helps, Peter
