I understand Type B is an omnivore, yet I have trouble digesting grains especially breads; they give me heartburn which is relieved by taking pancreatin. I have no problem digesting animal based protein. I would like to eat less animal protein for humane reasons. What do I do? I do not use milk although I don't have a problem with it.
