The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1

Type 0 neg & mold reactions

1. I am type 0 neg and have been on the diet 95% for about one month. I have tried figs, which are wonderful, and have tried fenugreek tea, which is wonderful, but both caused intense sinus congestion, and ear burning and pain. I went to the ENT doctor because I thought I had a sinus infection. He said I did not, but gave me Vancenase nasal spray and decongestants. What can be done about the mold?

If I have any kind of reaction to foods, it usually shows up in the ears, nose and/or throat, and I have alot of headaches. However, since eliminating wheat, my sinuses are quite clear.

I would like to share with everyone that I have, for many years, tried and eliminated numerous foods, knowing that I had "food allergies", and had already concluded that I could not eat any grains, and that I felt the best when I stayed with meat and vegetables. So I really believe in these diets and I have recommended the book to all my friends. Although they were always put off by my advice on "food allergies", surprisingly everyone has been very open to the idea of Blood Types and food choices.

2. I am thin, and now that I am not eating wheat, the weight is coming off very fast, and I have to eat all the time. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your help and support.
