I'd go for proteins instead of carbohydrates. Try using one source at each meal, for example, eggs for breakfast, fish at lunch and lean meat for dinner. This should eventually bulk you up rather nicely. Monounsaturated oils would also be good, in addition to oily fish such as mackerel, salmon, etc.
