There is a British study published in 1989 that showed Albumin levels should be at least 4.8 But there is almost no information in the professional literature on successful ways to increase blood albumin levels. If you have any information on how using the blood type diet increases Albumin levels, please let me know. I am checking it out on myself and would like to see the results of blood tests from others.
