The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1

Type O with Diabetes (Type II)

Thanks for a great site, and your taking so much time to answer
questions.

Do you think the basic "O" diet will help with control
of diabetes. I have been mostly a vegetarian the past few
years (minimum animal products with lots of carbohydrates,
such as pastas and breads as well as dairy products
(because they are convenient). I am overweight and attempting
to lose weight and increase my exercise levels. I take
glucotrol and metaformin. Are soy products a good substitute
for animal foods.

Thanks,

Tom
